Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and IntentSonar ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the IntentSonar website and services.

By accessing the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.

User Representations

Fees and Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission
  • Make any unauthorized use of the Service, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited email
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service
  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person
  • Use the Service as part of any effort to compete with us
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents
  • Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material
  • Use the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations

Platform Non-Affiliation

IntentSonar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Threads), or any other third-party platform. All platform names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our Service monitors publicly available content in accordance with each platform's terms of service and applicable laws.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE'S CONTENT.

Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
